Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Process Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be working 4on /4off shifts within our Process/Plant. To ensure that other than planned downtime the processing plant is available and running at optimum levels at all times.

Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies.
Deliver and develop effective reactive maintenance, repairs & improvements on plant and process equipment.
This includes pumps, pneumatic valves, homogeniser servicing, effluent testing etc
Identify parts required for maintenance repairs and complete parts request forms
Complete Work Orders, PPMs assigned on time and to a good standard
Help develop and implement effective PM schedules
Support and achieve the engineering department KPI'sWhat you will need to succeed:

Electrically & Mechanical bias preferable
Multi-skilled automation skills on process equipment or equivalent
Excellent fault finding and root cause analysis skills.
Experience of working in a FMCG environment
Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working.
Logical approach to problem solving.What you will receive in return:
