Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to £29,000 per annum
Hybrid working
24 days of holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional sales and product support to customer by accurately processing and responding to daily enquiries from both customer and suppliers
Create and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Accurately enter and process orders received through phone calls and emails,
Prepare and manage daily quotations, including follow up activities, to drive business growth
Maintain and update internal sale systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate
Process sales orders efficiently and update IT system accurately
Desirable Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills
Ability to manage time and workload effectively
IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in a similar role (Preferred but not essential)
