Our client is a well-established design consultancy in search of an ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to be based in their Newark office. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including residential housing developments, logistics, retail, aviation, healthcare, education, data centres, and more

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will work closely with the team Director and assist the project lead. You will be responsible for managing daily design and drawing production to support the technical delivery of projects.

Buy/Sell HolidayWhat You Need to Succeed:

BEng or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Ideally Chartered or Incorporated with a relevant professional body or working towards Chartership.
A minimum of five years' experience with a UK design consultancy.
Experience working on residential, healthcare, and education structures.
Proficiency in building materials, including steel, reinforced concrete, and timber.
Strong software knowledge, proficient in Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer, and Revit.
Ability to mentor junior colleagues and provide technical advice and guidance.
Assist with site inspections and surveys as required.
Oversee and maintain high-quality technical design output.
Establish and maintain good relationships with external project team members and clients.Benefits:
