Are you a proactive and driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the Office Products and IT channel? We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new business development, support existing customer initiatives, and foster business growth under our Supercharged Partner Programme. This role is crucial in building and maintaining an active managed account base and developing incremental new business accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities by researching potential accounts, setting goals, and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
* Customer Support: Develop and support existing customer initiatives to facilitate business growth, delivering a consultative service to customers.
* Sales Cycle Management: Pursue leads, move them through the sales cycle, and develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
* Industry Engagement: Occasionally attend conferences and industry events as required to network and promote our offerings.
* Sales Skills Application: Capitalize on commercial opportunities through product knowledge, service excellence, and effective negotiation.
* CRM Management: Daily update of Insightly (CRM) with details of all existing account activity and new business prospects.
* Order Management: Ensure all received orders are accurately entered into the system.
