Position: Commercial Manager
Location: Penzance
Rate/Salary: £35,000+ Plus Great Benefits
Type: Permanent / Full Time

As a Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager / Office Manager /Service coordinator you will will prepare bid documents, specifications, tenders, and proposals, ensuring material pricing and subcontract estimates are accurate. You will be the key client contact, you will estimate labour for engineering tasks such as fabrication and mechanical assemblies whilst assisting in enhancing business operations this role is located in Penzance.

This person could currently be a: Contracts Manager, Office Manager, Lead Administrator, Service Coordinator.

Duties of the Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager / Office Manager /Service coordinator :

• Preparing documentation, tenders, proposals, and specifications.
• Act as a key client contact
• Assisting with financial forecasting and managing bill settlements and invoices with customers.

• Conducting surveys to capture detailed requirements, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Pricing and costing projects

Requirement for the Commercial Manager /Contracts Manager Lead Administrator/Service Coordinator:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience
• Administrative Experience
• UK Driving License
• Desirable - Marine Knowledge and Experience
• Must be able to commute to Penzance.
