Hours of work: Full time with shared on call
Salary: £36000, increasing to £38000 on registration

Brook Street Social Care is working with an established and well-respected provider to recruit a Registered Service Manager for their Banbury Service.
You will be delivering person-centred support, promoting independence ,and supporting your clients to live as independently as possible through the implementation of positive behaviour support plans.

Your duties will be varied and will include:
" Working closely with CQC and external provider
" You will be required to register with CQC
" Staff management, recruitment, mentoring and retention
" Supervisions and Appraisals
" Care Planning, Risk Assessment and reviews, to include positive behaviour support plans
" Compliance and Quality Assurance
" MDT working
" Budget and finance management

To be successful in this role:
" You will have knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred service (CQC requirements).
" You will be competent at building relationships with key stakeholders including the local authorities
" You will have proven experience as Deputy Manager/Service/Team Manager within Mental Learning Disabilities services.
" Hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
" Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or be committed to securing this within the
first 18 months in the service
