Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with leadership capabilities. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

·Providing technical leadership and guidance
·Overseeing complex structural design projects
·Mentoring junior engineers
·Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
·Demonstrating proficiency in structural analysis and design
·Driving innovation and best practices in engineering solutions

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

·BEng/MSc (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural Engineering
·Chartered (or near) status with ICE/IStructE
·Extensive experience in structural design in various materials
·Strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous learning
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·Proficiency in software such as Tekla and TEDDS (preferred)
·A proactive approach and a passion for driving excellence
