Network LAN Analyst

Location: Larne, N Ireland

Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Hourly Rate: £24-28.00 per hour
12-month Contract with possible extension

My client is a global client who is looking for an experience Network LAN Analyst, this is a long term contract. You will be part of a team of 11 covering the EAME.

Your responsibilities as a 2nd/3rd line Line support will be:

* Monitor and manage support tickets ensuring that high standards are being upheld and responded to in a timely manner.

* Create and maintain a high standard of technical documentation.

* 24 hour coverage so on call rota

* Additional pay when on call (even if no calls are taken)

You will have experience of the following:

* Cisco

* CCNA and/or CCNP

* Cisco 3850 and 9300 switches

* Terminal emulation

* Windows

* 2nd/3rd line support
