My client based in Poole is looking for CNC Programmer to join their team due to expansion.

My client specialises in precision manufacturing and is committed to delivering high-quality components using the latest CNC technology.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in both offline and online programming. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls and experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis milling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

* Utilize both offline and online programming techniques to maximize efficiency and precision.

* Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.

* Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.

* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.

Requirements:

* Proficient in offline and online CNC programming.

* Strong experience with Heidenhain controls.

* Expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: Negotiable (dependant on experience)
