Role Overview:
The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management team to uphold the
standard of our service delivery. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our project
management lifecycle and supporting our customer success and sales teams, ensuring
high-quality outcomes and superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with
requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
● Support in identifying and resolving project-related issues alongside the project team.
● Facilitate the preparation and submission of project deliverables, maintaining our quality standards.
● Support the development of user manuals, training materials, and documentation to
ensure client success.
● Assist in technical aspects of new and existing client opportunities for business
expansion.
● Support the customer success and onboarding team with building API integrations,
product and form development using our in-built tools.
● Managing amendments to website content and knowledge base articles.
● Utilise Jira for task management, from task creation to assigning and ensuring all
development criteria are met.
● Communicate new releases to internal teams, as well as test new features and provide feedback.

Desired Skill Set:
● Experience in a supportive role within project management.
● Understanding of software development life cycles and SaaS platforms.
● Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
● Knowledgeable in Jira or similar project management tools.
● Understanding of API documentation
● Experience with Postman
● Experience in maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Nice to Haves:
● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, TWIG PHP, JSON, XML, FORM is an advantage.
● Fluency in Russian is a valued asset.
