Coming into our 9th year of business, we are excited to be expanding and looking to drive our business forward by hiring a Business Development Manager.

This role will be purely client focused as we are on the lookout for a proactive business development specialist to join our Recruitment team. This role is pivotal in securing new clients, identifying business opportunities, boosting brand visibility, and driving financial growth. Teamwork is at the core of our achievements.

As part of this sales role, you will work closely with the team, alongside the Director to design and execute our business development sales strategy.

We are in search of a talented, innovative, and ambitious individual who can bring fresh sales perspectives and strategies to our company.

This position offers substantial growth potential, including the chance to build and lead a business development sales team in the future, and to grow alongside the business as it implements its strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Manager:

* Setting short, medium, and long-term business development sales objectives.

* Developing a strong pipeline of new clients and projects, with regular monthly and quarterly assessments.

* Conducting market research and analysing trends.

* Enhancing and managing our CRM system.

* Promoting our temporary, contract, and permanent services to new clients.

* Organising meetings with potential clients.

* Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, CRM, and marketing software.

* Showcasing our talent pool to prospective clients.

* Presenting sales pitches to secure new business.

* Engaging existing clients to cross-sell our services.

* Negotiating terms with new clients and exploring new business opportunities.

* Developing marketing materials to support business development.

* Achieving revenue targets from new client acquisitions.

You will support, collaborate and work with a team of recruiters and candidate consultants who are well experienced in delivering the best talent in the Kent area.
