SEND Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for September We are supporting a local school in the East Riding with their recruitment of an SEND Teaching Assistant This role is from September and possibly for the full academic year. This is a full time, long-term role with a daily rate of between £85-£95 per day.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting a child in KS2 with an EHCP. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and will be able to use a range of supporting children with diverse learning needs.

Located in the East Riding, the school boasts a range of great benefits, including free on-site parking and fantastic facilities. The school support ages 3-11 and are set in a picturesque location. The school is central to the village and serves a wider area and community.

Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

Hold Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
