You loved what you do, now work isn’t the same.
As an IFA/Financial Planner you give the right advice to HNWI and their families, through tailored support that meets their unique circumstances and goals.
You enjoy sales because it enhances your clients’ lives, not just because it adds to the bottom line.
But things have changed and now you find yourself in a structure that puts profit first, constraining your work through transactional KPIs. Or perhaps you’ve reached a glass ceiling, and career progression isn’t on the table.

You’ll be taking over as Head of IFA Sales from their CEO, freeing him to work on strategy. He’ll trust you to share his values around excellence, trust, family and listening, building towards their growth plans.
And where you don’t have to do the legwork, fully supported by a professional team who’ll get the job done. They’ve been judged a top 1% UK wealth management firm by FT Advisor through their independent research, with funds under management of around £250m.
As you embed in the business in this senior, autonomous role you’ll have the opportunity to grow your sales team.

About you
* A qualified IFA / Wealth Manager, you may be a Chartered Financial Planner or working towards it
* You enjoy sales and providing the right advice to your clients
* You might be looking for a step up, or already head up a sales team – we are open-minded about what your experience may look like

Compensation and benefits
Because IFAs are paid in various ways, from salaried roles to self-employed earnings, we will tailor the package around your needs. For example, this could be a basic salary in the range of £60k to £100k - it will be attractive, fair and commensurate with your capability.
If you have clients you can bring with you, you will be compensated for this too.
Other details you may want to know
You’ll be based at their offices in Mayfair – where they hold their client meetings.
Should you have a non-compete agreement, we will help you work through this to ensure there are no issues.

* Initial ‘getting to know you’ cultural interview
* Panel interview with presentation
