Daily Duties:
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students with SEN, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement tailored educational strategies for students with diverse learning needs
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, ensuring their academic and developmental goals are met

- Support students in developing their social and emotional skills, promoting positive behavior and well-being within the school community

- Contribute to the overall ethos of the school by promoting diversity, equality, and inclusivity in all aspects of school life
