You will be out meeting customers 2-3 days per week and office based 2 days a week where you will be managing your own diary and making appointments with new and existing partners and following up leads.

What’s in it for you?

* Salary: £30-35k + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and identify new business opportunities

* Meet with partners face to face or over the phone

* Understand the needs of your partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

* Respond efficiently to enquiries from partners and respond with appropriate information

* Maintain up-to-date information on all partner interactions in the CRM database

* Create a sales pipeline

* Develop and build long term relationships

* Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of products, and of relevant competitors and suppliers

* Develop a good knowledge of the industry including demand, competition and prices

* Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate

What the employer is looking for:

* 4+ years related prior work experience in a sales role

* A degree of proficiency in excel and the general Microsoft Office suite, database management and CRM.

* Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

* An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates

* Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients

* Written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision

* A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
