We have a very exciting opportunity for a Process assistant at our clients location in St Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing organisation at the heart of the operation.

Main Duties & Objective

The process role will involve inputting data into trackers, note taking in meetings and assisting the Process Team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. To liaise internally with all departments and employees to understand the business. Daily monitoring of data sources and office duties will be required and good management of time and resources.

- Assisting the Process Team & wider team to move projects through the development phase.

- Working as a team to meet strategic company objectives.

- Liasing with other departments to understand the workings of the development team and entire company.

- Working in a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Assisting on a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Attend meetings and make meeting notes – email out actions to the team present in each meeting, sending reminders through the week.

- Requesting data sets for off-takers letter to commence process.

- Set reminders/tasks in line with the origination process
