As a Generator Technician, your expertise in electrical or mechanical servicing of diesel-driven generators and ancillary equipment will be vital to your success. Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, enhancements, and refurbishment of equipment.
Testing and Inspections: Conduct P&ID walk downs, electrical completion checks, factory acceptance tests, function/loop checks, instrument checks, and site acceptance tests.
Operational Excellence: Operate rental and sale packages in accordance with our procedures and collaborate with various teams and clients.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and complete work orders for operational activities.
After-Sales Support: Provide inspections, spare parts management, and technical advice to clients.
On-Call Service: Participate in the on-call rota to deliver industry-leading service support.
Flexible Location: Based at our Great Yarmouth workshop, with travel to offshore/onshore sites at short notice when required.Qualifications:

Essential:

Experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Electrical knowledge in installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance environments, including offshore.
Ability to interpret and mark up engineering drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Desirable:

Knowledge of industry standards.
City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition.
City & Guilds HV Switching & System Control 0672.
COMPEX certification.
Experience with Deep Sea control systems.
PLC programming skills.
Familiarity with Cummins, Iveco, and Perkins engines.
Experience with diesel and gas-driven generators.What We Offer:
