Estimator - Steelwork

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Steelwork Estimator, to join a highly successful steelwork fabrication business near Derby.

Estimator duties include:

* Receiving enquires and reviewing drawings and specs.

* Carrying out material take offs and assigning times/costs for the full scope of work.

Estimator requirements:

* Proven experience working as an Estimator in Steelwork is essential.

* Experience working on steelwork including some/all of the following is required; support and acess steel such as stairs, hand rails and walkways etc. Sheet metal such as flues or similar, structural steel such as platform or simple buildings

* Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.

* Live in/within a commutable distance of Derby – this is an office based role.
