A rapidly growing property maintenance / property management company, specialising in reactive and planned maintenance works are looking for an experienced Handyperson / Handyman / Multi-Trader / Multi- Skilled Technician to work on Housing Association properties in and around Surrey and Southwest London.

SALARY: £34K-£38K basic plus benefits, overtime opportunities, pension, additional ‘on -call’ hours paid, van, fuel card, uniform, employee assistance scheme.

HOURS: Full Time, Monday- Friday. 8am-5pm on-site.

Be part of a rapidly expanding property maintenance team, carrying out pre-planned maintenance and reactive maintenance works on commercial, retail, leisure and healthcare properties across the KT postcode.

You could be a Multi Skilled Technician / Multi-trades Maintenance Technician / Handyperson / Handyman / Multi-Trader confident in all aspects of building works with a sound knowledge of Carpentry, Plumbing or Painting and Decorating.

Your current or previous jobs may be a General Builder, Carpenter, Plumber, Painter and Decorator, Building Maintenance Engineer, Building Maintenance Technician, Property Maintenance Technician, on-site Construction worker, Commercial Multi Trader, Commercial Handyman, Handy woman, Tradesperson, Maintenance Technician, Handyperson, Building Maintenance Engineer, Bathroom Fitter, Plumber, Plumbing Engineer, Multi-Trader, Tradesperson, Building Services Technician, Property Services Engineer or similar.
