The Position.

We’re looking for a head chef with experience, who is confident & proactive. You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations and working closely with the management team and have a responsibility for stock management and health and safety.

We are looking for a chef that has:

Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Oversee food production and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
