What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

Managing classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on-task.
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students complete assigned work.
Supporting students where necessary and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to manage a classroom environment.
Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
