Great working environment Our client a well regarded Dealer in the Bury St Edmunds area is looking to expand their already well driven team to include a Bodyshop Receptionist. 

The successful Bodyshop Receptionist will be responsible for coordinating the repair process of customers’ vehicles,  overseeing each stage of the repair process from collection to completion and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide a Outstanding customer experience.

The Ideal Bodyshop Receptionist will have:

 Automotive background
pro-active and customer focused
well organised with an ability to multi-task
attention to detail
time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
confident, positive telephone manner
IT literateOur client is offering a fantastic basic salary of up to £29k basic alongside other company benefits.
