My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working multi trade plumber to carry out 2nd fix plumbing repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Gloucester & wider region.

Work will include reactive & planned plumbing repairs on tenanted & void empty properties.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £31,808 + Van and Fuel Card.

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (Timeserved experience can be accepted)

Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade either as a carpenter or as a multi-skilled carpenter

You must be used to carrying out reactive repairs and plumbing repairs in a social housing setting.

Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council

Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable

Full driving License

As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.
