In this role you'll be the driving force behind our employment-related cases, providing strategic insights and efficiencies to elevate our HR department to new heights.

Person Specification:

Previous experience working in a HR Advisor/Officer role
Passion for HR and improvement initiatives
Exceptional communication skills
Approachable and positive personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
CIPD qualified (Preferred)
