An exciting opportunity has become available at a Trust within South London, for a number of graduates to undertake Teacher Training within a SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) environment Within this role, the successful applicant will undertake Teacher Training with the school, having the benefits of learning the profession whilst working for a school and having access to support.

The school is well known for providing training to it’s staff, providing modern teaching tools to new staff and helping with professional development. The class sizes consist of around 4 to 6 students, though due to the needs of the students in the form of Trauma, there is a lot of dysregulated behaviour, meaning this role can be challenging.

We are looking for someone with a degree who is seeking to become a teacher, and who is comfortable with challenging behaviour, to be a therapeutic teacher to students. So, if this sounds like something you would be interested in, why not apply today?

In order to be considered for this position you must hold an undergraduate degree. If the degree is from an overseas institution you must have a statement of comparability. This is in line with the requirements to obtain a place on a teacher training course.
