Staff Partners are currently working with a Pharmacy based in Leicester (LE5 area), who are looking to expand their team by hiring a ‘Pharmacy Technician’ on a full time permanent basis.
The duties of the Pharmacy Technician are as follows:
* To support Pharmacist and carry out the dispensing on site
* Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Interacting with clients and patients over the phone and face to face in a profession and friendly manner
* To select, label and dispense correct items in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure safe supply to patients
* To assist with stock control and inventory procedures to maximise availability and minimise waste, liaising with named wholesalers on daily basis when ordering stock as per requirement for business needs.
Skill & experience required:
* NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services / Registration with the general Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc)
* SystmOne user skill (Desirable)
* Great Oral and written communication
* Commitment to continuing professional development and training
* Trustworthy & understanding
