Graduate Teaching Assistant

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Fantastic School located in Watford, Herts - Open to all Graduates with a minimum 2:2 grade - £90 per day - Long term post - Sept 24

Are you a recent graduate who is considering a role in education and would like to gain in-class experience on a paid basis? Would you be keen to work in a leading Primary School in Watford starting in September and for the whole academic year?

Tradewind is working with a popular School who are looking for the support of a talented Graduate who is keen to experience working in a busy Year 4 class

***Graduate Teaching Assistant - Superb Primary School located in Watford

***September 2024 - Long term role paid between £90 per day

*** Lovely Year 4 class who are doing well but need some additional support

***Great experience for those looking to gain experience prior to applying for teacher training

This lovely community school is in a central part of Watford and has been helping local students get a great start to their education for the past 50 years. Starting at the earliest opportunity the school is looking to bring in an energetic graduate with a passion for primary education to work with one of their Year 4 classes. The class is settled with excellent behaviour and the teacher has been described as 'inspirational' by a TA who worked with her last year so the opportunity to learn loads is excellent.

Graduate TA requirements:

Minimum of a 2:2 degree and strong A-Levels
Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
Open to taking on teacher training later
