We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our client located in the West Midlands.
The Company

The Role
You would develop, implement, manage, and drive to completion the agreed product range strategies, in order to achieve market share, sales turnover and margin objectives across a variety of residential products.
* Be responsible for strategic development of the product category for relevant markets and for identification of market gaps, key value chain drivers, trends and customer profit potential.
* Support and drive product sales through proactive activities to support the field based commercial team.
* Create and sponsor generation plans to drive NPI and product lifecycles.
* Full and coherent understanding of competitors products and positioning in the market.
* Be responsible for overall management and co-ordination of New Product Development programs on time and to budget.
* Be responsible for full commercialization of new product launches and be proactive member of the Innovation Team.
