In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of digital channels to drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities:
 
* Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, job boards marketing, and other relevant channels
* Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital campaigns with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives
* Utilize a range of analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and test new strategies to drive better performance metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend
* Contribute to the development of the company's digital marketing roadmap and help drive innovation
 
Required Qualifications:
 
* 2-4 years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various channels and platforms
* Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
* Adaptable and eager to learn new skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
* Experience in managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, focusing on paid media
* Understanding of digital marketing performance
* Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
