Key Responsibilities:

General estate / tenant management
Lease renewals
Rent reviews
Service charges
Arranging and overseeing repairs to corporate assets.
Working with a trainee surveyor
Working with a commercial portfolioQualifications:

MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.Experience:

Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.Work Arrangement:

Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
