We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team and lead the way in managing complex fit-out projects, valued at £33 million, located in the heart of Birmingham. As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multimillion-pound projects in Birmingham's commercial and retail sectors. This challenging yet rewarding role offers an opportunity to work on high-value fit-out projects that are central to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

* Manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to meet project milestones and maintain quality standards.

* Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

* Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.

* Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager with a focus on fit-out projects in the commercial and retail sectors.
