Our client are seeking an IT Repair and Build Technician to join their expanding team based in Portsmouth.

This is an onsite role based in Hilsea, Monday - Friday.

The IT Repair Technician will provide new and replacement laptops and manage the collection of leaver and faulty devices for site based and remote / home users. Reporting and auditing of stock, liaising with vendors for induced damages and quote generation. Imaging laptops to fulfil customer requirements and managing warranty claims.

ServiceNow managementExperience & Skills:

Experience of providing excellent customer service
Troubleshooting experience
Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy would be desirable
Exposure to management of ticket queues and resolution
ServiceNow
An excellent troubleshooting mentality with the ability to visualise a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
Disciplined prioritisation, time management and scheduling abilities to complete tasks
Professional/flexible approach to work; ensuring punctuality, tidiness, and diligence with the aim to provide the customer with the best possible service.
