HGV Class 2 Drivers

We are searching for some highly reliable and experienced HGV drivers to undertake the role of driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle making at least 7-8 multi-drop deliveries to Boots stores of pallets.

The number of deliveries will all depend on stock levels.

The start times will vary from 6am , 9am and 10am.

You will be paid for a minimum of 8 hours.

The pay rate is £14.42 per hour .

Duties the role will include;

Conducting some regular vehicle checks
7-8 multi-drop deliveries to stores of pallets
Adhering to all road safety regulations and speed limits

To be considered for the role , you must have the following;

A full HGV Class 2 driving licence , Tacho and DQC
A clean driving licence would be desired however 6 penalty points will be accepted.
Experience in HGV Class 2 driving would be desired (newly passed may be accepted)
Must be happy to attend a Theory test and practical driving assessment
Must be okay with pulling and delivering metal pallets
Must be okay with early morning starts

Assessments will be taking place on the 23rd September 2024
