Pipefitter / Coded Welder

We are seeking skilled and experienced Pipe Fitters and Coded Welders for site-based work around Liverpool and the North West, with operations centred in Knowsley. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in welding and pipe fitting, with specific experience in food or pharmaceutical environments being highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems and related equipment for various projects.
* Perform coded welding tasks, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed specifications to determine work requirements.
* Conduct thorough inspections of piping systems to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
* Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid CCNSG Safety Passport.
* IPAF certification is advantageous.
* Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter and/or Coded Welder.
* Previous experience working in food or pharmaceutical environments is highly desirable.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a construction or industrial setting.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to work in various conditions and environments.
