Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and proficiency in other trades such as carpentry, masonry, or general construction. As a Multi-Trade Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on a variety of structures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

* Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as asphalt, shingles, metal, or tiles.

* Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues and provide appropriate solutions.

* Perform carpentry work related to roof construction, including framing, sheathing, and fascia installation.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

* Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in roofing, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

* Proficiency in other trades such as carpentry, masonry, or general construction.

* Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Health and safety certifications (e.g., CSCS card) preferred but not essential.
