Senior Export Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to manage and develop customer accounts within an allocated international territory. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and processing orders, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management
Documentation and Shipping
Customer Service
Sales and Relationship Building
Order Processing
Internal Coordination
Transport and Shipping Management
Continuous ImprovementThe person

3-5 years of export sales experience.
Knowledge of IncoTerms
Experience with air, sea, and road freight, including customs
Understanding of the export order process and documentation (e.g., Commercial invoices, EUR1, Letter of Credit, Certificates of Origin).
Compliance with export and import laws, regulations, and policies.
High levels of attention to detail, organisation, and commercial awareness.
Strong customer focus, process-driven mindset, and excellent time management skills.
