Are you a Business Development Manager or similar, ready to take on a new role where you can rapidly increase your earning potential by securing new business, working alongside the Sales Manager to drive your earnings, with an OTE of £75,000?

Do you have experience in B2B sales, and are looking for an opportunity to take on a role with excellent progression and the opportunity to receive external training, where you will develop your skills with the chance to take on a leadership role in the years to come?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing SME which offers cleaning and other soft FM services to a range of clients across the area from Northampton to London. In this role, you will be a key part of the sales team, taking the lead on business management and driving your earnings while receiving excellent training and progression opportunities to build a team around you.

The Role:

Liaise with tele-sales team to identify potential clients and set appointments for in-person meetings
Take appointments with clients, meeting in-person to evaluate their needs and provide proposals for services
Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals for clients, including offices, schools, medical facilities, and similar
Receive excellent training opportunities, both internal and externalThe Person:

Experience in B2B sales
