Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier one contractor in Cambridge to find an experienced Construction planner.

This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. The role will be solely based within the Cambridge region.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the planning and execution of major projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed project schedules and plans.

* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines.

* Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

* Utilize project management software to track and update project schedules.

* Assist in resource allocation and optimization to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Construction Planner in the residential construction industry.

* Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asta, MS Project).

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
