Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to SEN children, assisting them with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Work closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO to implement personalized learning plans.
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEN children in an educational setting.
