Our client is a small company looking for some extra assistance with administration and Accounts Assistant duties. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* Monitoring company inboxes and responding to enquiries / directing enquiries to the right person
* Answering incoming calls and speaking with clients
* Filing
* General office administration / organising
* Inputting invoices onto Sage software
* Assisting with VAT returns and income and expenses
* Assisting with Payroll duties on Sage
* Bank reconciliations
The company are ideally looking for someone with good administrative experience, they can offer training on the accounts side of the role for the correct person, however some knowledge of accounting procedures would be beneficial. Ideally you will be happy to work on a hybrid basis, with some hours in office and some from home. The company are really flexible regarding hours, they are looking for something between 16-26 hours per week, and are open to how this is spread
