Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Salary - £25.00 p/h CIS
Start Date - ASAP

Building Careers UK are recruiting on behalf of one of our New Build Residential clients for a competent Assistant Site Manager in Wigan

Duties:

Financial and commercial awareness
Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
Fire remediation works - Fire stopping/Fire door installation.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings/ specifications.
Manage construction activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
Great communications required for client and reporting into Contracts Manager & senior team.Requirements:

Relevant qualification in sector
CSCS
SMSTS,
First Aid Certification,
Asbestos Awareness
