LTF Recruitment is partnering with a wonderful secondary school in Camden, looking for a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team and work with Key Stage 3 students. This position is long-term with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working within a number of classrooms to support the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher..
Ensure proper behaviour is maintained at all times.
Work with small groups and provide one-on-one interventions.
Cover classes in the teacher's absence and plan and conduct interventions for specific groups of children.
Possess a solid understanding of the curriculum and effective strategies to support SEN children.The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a relevant degree or HLTA qualification.
Has at least one year of experience in an educational setting.
Experience with Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9).
Understanding of various SEN needs.
Experience working one-on-one with students.
Can quickly and effectively build relationships with children.What We Offer:
