Perform daily uploads from bank accounts, handling small value but high volume transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and customer accounts on a daily basis.
Investigate and resolve unidentified customer receipts when possible.
Conduct reconciliations and reporting for open items.
Process purchase invoices and set up new supplier accounts.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Facilitate bank payments and authorisations.To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in processing data accurately and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Competence in using accounting systems and spreadsheets.
Strong numeracy skills and the ability to process information quickly.
Effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing.
IT literacy, particularly with office-based software packages.Experience in using integrated computerised accounts systems, posting bank transactions, customer account transactions, and working in an accounting environment will be beneficial.
