Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Devizes area, who are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :

Raising sales invoices
Reconciling customer accounts
Reviewing overdue accounts and reconciling queries
Sending out supplier statements
Setting up and processing payments
Monthly direct debit runs
Additional duties to help the team as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:

A proven track record in a similar role is essential
Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
A good level of numeracy
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (excel in particular)
Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:

To £25,000pa DOE
Monday to Friday full time (please note 100% office based)
Varied role where no two days are the same
