This full-time role is set to commence in September and will be based in a SEN provision within a mainstream school, offering a unique and rewarding experience in the field of education.

We are seeking a dedicated candidate with personal or professional experience in supporting children with SEN, particularly those with severe verbal/non-verbal Autism. As a SEN Teaching Assistant and key member of the classroom team, you will be responsible for looking after small groups of SEN children, providing essential support to enhance their learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a 1:1 setting, with a preference for familiarity with PECS and/or Phonics. Confidence in assisting the teacher with daily duties is essential, making this role perfect for a graduate seeking valuable insights into the teaching industry or individuals with previous experience as a teaching assistant in the educational sector.

Candidates with expertise in any SEN area, specifically moderate to severe Autism and behavior management, are strongly encouraged to apply. Daily Duties:
- Provide personalized support to small groups of SEN children in the classroom
