Job Description: As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and enhancement of the fabric of our commercial site. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric elements including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and roofs.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks as per the schedule.

* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.

* Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Coordinate with other maintenance and engineering teams to facilitate comprehensive site upkeep.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in a fabric maintenance or similar role within the FM industry.

* Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance, repair techniques, and materials.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction, maintenance, or a related field are desirable.

* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
