The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the pricing and estimation of projects, ensuring competitive yet profitable bids
* Engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and representing our brand
* Drive commercial management of projects from inception to completion
* Leverage cutting-edge software like Bluebee and Excel to optimize project management
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our processes and stay ahead of the competition
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
* A confident, commercially-minded Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge of the brickwork sector
* A local professional with a "go-getter" attitude and the drive to excel
* Someone who thrives in an office environment but is ready to visit sites when needed
* A creative thinker who's not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives
* Proficiency in Bluebee software and advanced Excel skills
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
