About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, focusing on supporting EAL (English as an Additional Language) students. This part-time role, offering competitive daily rates of £85-£100, has become available due to our commitment to providing targeted support for our diverse student body.

You will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver boosters and interventions, ensuring our EAL students achieve their full potential. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.

• Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in education or childcare.

• Specific knowledge and skills in supporting EAL students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored interventions for EAL students.

• Support classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.

• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

• Engage with parents and guardians to support student development.
