A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Manager to join a great manufacturing company priding itself on quality.

With no day ever being the same the Technical Support Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing the technical support team & planning work load.
Analysing requirements for the support team to recommend any necessary upgrades
Reviewing processes related to customer experience for mprovement
People management responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experienced managing & leading a team of people in a customer facing role.
Worked with a ticketing style support system
Previous experience with maintenance and support contracts.

Benefits:

£50k - £60k
