About the role: Are you ready to inspire the next generation of learners? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is available due to the expansion of our team to accommodate our growing student body. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. You will work alongside experienced teachers in small classes, typically comprising 25 students, ensuring each child receives personalised attention. This role stands out for its emphasis on creativity and innovation in teaching, allowing you to bring fresh ideas to the classroom.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with primary school children, particularly in Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Leading small group interventions and one-on-one support sessions.
• Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning materials.
• Providing feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
